# Demolition and debris removal

We carry out mechanised demolition of small and medium buildings, old slabs and foundations, using an excavator and rotary hammers where the large machine cannot reach. We load and haul away the resulting debris with our own dump trucks, so the site is left clean.

## What the work includes

- demolition of small and medium buildings
- breaking concrete slabs and foundations
- stripping and dismantling
- demolition in tight spaces, with pneumatic tools
- sorting and loading of the material
- complete removal of the debris

## How it is done

1. We inspect the building and choose the demolition method.
2. We disconnect and protect what has to be kept.
3. We demolish mechanically, from the top down.
4. We load and remove the debris and clean the site.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is a demolition permit needed?

For buildings put up with a building permit, demolition is done on the basis of a demolition permit issued by the local town hall. We tell you what it involves, but the owner obtains the paperwork.

### Do you remove the debris?

Yes, with our own dump trucks. The site is handed over clean.
